PICKED ALL THE TOMATOES OFF MY VINE. ONE LARGE BOWL FULL, AROUND 30.

 

PUT THE TOMATOES IN MY VICTORIA STRAINER FOR FRUITS AND VEGGIES. PROCESSED TWICE.

 

SKIN OF TOMATOES AFTER PROCESSING.

 

TOMATO PUREE SKIN FREE WITH SOME SEEDS FROM 1ST PROCESS.

 

TOMATO PUREE IN SAUCE PAN WITH GRATED ONIONS/CELERY/CARROTS/POBLANO CHILIES (FROM GARDEN), OREGANO, PARSLEY, GARLIC, AND PEPPER. SLOW COOK FOR 1-2 HOURS.

TOMATO SAUCE!

 

POUR INTO ICE CUBES TRAYS AND FREEZE.

 

POP PUT OF TRAY.

 

STORE IN FREEZER BAG.

 

PUT IN FREEZER AND YOU HAVE SINGLE SERVING OF FRESH FROM YOUR GARDEN TOMATO SAUCE FOR DINNER!
