Practice makes perfect and with this famous recipe for Mint Brownies I knew that I couldn’t go wrong! My only advice is that I tripled the mint filling and the Chocolate glaze in order to fill the 9″ x 13″ pan instead. Oh and I made two batches, so now I am a pro.
During the summer reading program at the Yorba Linda Library, every Thursday is a Family Activity, check out the Family Fun Events Calendar. Get there 2o minutes early to find parking, and they sell sno-cones (that you can eat inside) for only a $1.00, the proceeds do to Friends of the Library and the local Relay for Life team event.

Just twenty minutes away, afternoon awaits at Newport’s famous beaches
